There is nothing more fun than working with a talented group of people to strategically build a company for growth. Our growth is a measure of our impact as we transform patient care with our leading technologies.

Tracy has worldwide responsibility for all aspects of Verathon Finance. In her role, Tracy helps lead and drive the overall top and bottom-line financial performance of the business. This includes recognizing and investing to capture strategic opportunities, and leading a financial organization committed to bringing insight, clarity, and partnership to all functions of the business.

Tracy has more than 25 years of executive leadership and finance experience. Prior to joining Verathon, Tracy was the COO & CFO of Precor, a leading fitness equipment manufacturer, and she has held senior executive and financial leadership positions for companies such as PwC, General Mills, Lang Manufacturing and Goodrich Aviation Technical Services. She holds a BA in Business Administration from Seattle University, and an Executive MBA from the University of Washington.

What do you enjoy the most about being part of the Verathon team?

I joined Verathon because of its empowered business model. Verathon is held by Roper Technologies, Inc. (ROP) but they intentionally play an advisory and supporting role. Every single employee at Verathon is responsible for contributing to our own performance.

What are you most excited about for Verathon’s future?

This is the “we were there when” time at Verathon. While Verathon has a legacy of introducing paradigm changing standard of care technologies, we are truly at an inflection point in our growth.  We continue to make history as we grow and expand both our product offerings and our global impact while remaining focused on empowering healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes every single day.

How would you describe the perfect weekend?

I am an avid outdoor adrenaline junky who was raised in a performance sports business. On weekends you will find me on my snowmobile somewhere above 2,500 feet or riding a dirt bike or my favorite horse out in the mountains. I am definitely a non-traditional CFO in my free time!
