Is the BladderScan i10 Carrying Case compatible with the BVI 6100, Prime Plus or other BladderScan models?

No. The carrying case is designed specifically for the BladderScan i10 system and is not compatible with other BladderScan models. The internal component layout are purpose -built for the BladderScan i10 console, probe, battery, and cable management.

What is included when purchasing the carrying case?

The carrying case is sold as an accessory. It does not include the BladderScan i10 system or its components. The case fits the console, probe, battery, power adapter, and cord.

Can the BladderScan i10 remain set up inside the case?

Yes. Cables can remain connected inside the case between uses, so the device is ready to scan with minimal setup time when you arrive at a new care setting.

How do I clean the carrying case?

Both the exterior and interior of the case are wipeable with disinfectants and designed to support standard infection-control cleaning protocols. Refer to the BladderScan i10 Operations and Maintenance Manual for recommended disinfectants and cleaning procedures.

Does the carrying case meet any durability or protection standards?

Yes. The case has been drop tested to MIL-STD-810H. It is designed to withstand multiple drops at 4’ (1.22m) on to a steel surface. The case has IPX1 rating.

Can the carrying case attach to a luggage trolley or cart?

Yes. The adjustable shoulder strap connects to D-rings on the case that can be configured to fit over a standard luggage trolley handle, allowing hands-free transport between care settings.
