As Vice President of Global Operations, Jason oversees Verathon's global manufacturing, supply chain, and service operations across four sites in North America, Europe, and Australia. His focus is building the operational backbone that lets Verathon deliver BladderScan and GlideScope reliably to the clinicians who depend on them every day. He spends his time connecting strategy to the factory floor – translating company priorities into daily execution through flow, standard work, and disciplined planning, so people have the tools and clarity to do their best work.
Jason's career spans more than 20 years in operations and supply chain leadership across automotive, test and measurement, aerospace, and consumer manufacturing, including time at Fluke (a Danaher and later Fortive company) and Crane Aerospace. Along the way, he's played major roles in lean transformations and, as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, led many high-impact kaizen events across all aspects of a business. He holds an MBA in Technology Innovation Management, an MS in Information Management, and a CPSM. What he brings is a proven playbook for turning operational complexity into flow, speed, and results teams can count on – one that translates across industries.
What do you enjoy the most about being part of the Verathon team?
The culture is what I enjoy the most. The people-oriented culture paired with a real focus on growth and improving every day makes Verathon an extremely fun place to work. The Verathon culture empowers and enables talented people to make a difference every day.
What are you most excited about for Verathon’s future?
I'm excited about leading operations through a period of continuous growth and innovation at Verathon. Most importantly, I'm excited to be part of a company that has such an important role in patients' lives. That's what makes the operational work so meaningful.
How would you describe the perfect weekend?
For me, a perfect weekend means spending time outdoors or exploring somewhere new with my wife and our two boys. My boys are active in baseball, basketball, and football, so I spend a lot of time on the fields myself – whether I'm coaching or just cheering from the stands. Whatever the activity, what brings me the most joy is simply being together and enjoying it as a family.
